How Do I Place An Order?
To place your order, select the item(s) that you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. Then, proceed to the checkout page where you must fill in your personal information and pay for the order.
I have not received my order, what do I do?

Payment & Shipping
Any shipping costs are indicated at check out, when the order is finalised.

Returns & Refunds
You have one calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Only items that have been purchased directly from Universo N, can be returned to Universo N.
